Returns & Exchanges Policy

For all returns and exchanges, a receipt is required, or customer name must be entered in the system as having purchased that item.  Within 30 days of purchase, we offer a cash or credit-card refund (except for plants, trees, shrubs, seasonal and Christmas themed items).  Clearance items are non-returnable.  Plants, shrubs, and trees are returnable within 48 hours of purchase if they are in similar condition to time of sale, we offer a cash or credit-card refund. Russell’s warranties trees and shrubs for 6 months from the day of purchase. Plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We issue a one time store credit equal to the purchase price for any dead trees and shrubs covered by the warranty agreement.  All Seasonal and Christmas-themed items must be returned within 48 hours and before Dec. 21st for cash or credit card refund.  Gifts purchased for holiday giving that are not Holiday themed are returnable before January 10 of the following year, we offer a cash or credit-card refund with receipt.  For questions please call 508-358-2283 or email info@russellsgc.com.
